Muscle Building Strength Training was started in 2008 as a project to help aspiring individuals to increase muscle and build strength. It started out as a simple project, but has grown to into much more. After the initial launch, we began researching various muscle building programs and guides, purchasing them and reviewing them. Over the course of a year or so we have reviewed over 25 programs, all of which we deemed to be the best on the market.
The most important and difficult step of our review process is finding, contacting, and gathering information from people all over who have personally tried the various programs. By gathering information from them, along with reading through and testing out each program, we are able to make thorough and accurate judgements of the various programs, and write detailed reviews on the quality of each.
Now that we have built up a solid foundation of program reviews, which we are by the way still continuing to work on, we are turning our focus to writing free muscle building and strength training articles to help our readers reach their goals. Through all of our research of various training programs as well as extensive contact with the users of the programs, we are able to write articles that will help our readers on their quest to build a better body and live a healthier lifestyle.
